Hello, I fully pump for context. I have a Momcozy S12 Pro wearable pump and use their 4 in 1 bra to pump in. You do need a bra to keep the pump in place. The S12 is a work horse I pump every 4 hours now, and it does the job. I have a larger bust, and the S12 in particular is great for that. It's worth noting it's recommended that you use a hospital grade pump to build supply, so a spectra is the most recommended. As everyone is different next time you're at the midwife, ask to speak to the
'Work horse', 'does the job', good for larger bust. EP user pumping every 4 hours. Notes you still need a hospital grade pump for supply building, but positive for maintenance pumping.
I have been using the Momcozy S12 Pros. They aren't exactly subtle wearables, but they do the job! I got mine second hand from Vinted. I think a lot of people buy them new thinking they will use them and then they don't, so there is quite a lot of choice from what I've seen on there. You might want to also check out the exclusively pumping subreddit, I believe a lot of people rate Eufy as a brand on there.
'Do the job!' but 'aren't exactly subtle wearables'. Functional endorsement with cosmetic caveat. Good value second hand from Vinted.
Hey 🙂 I used the [Elvie]() for a few months at work and it was super convenient. Totally hands free and quiet, which made pumping at my desk way less awkward. It's really light too, so I had no problem bringing it in my backpack while biking. Only downside for me was the suction isn't as strong as regular pumps, but it still worked fine. Just depends how your body responds I guess. Later I also tried the [Momcozy S12 Pro]() which was a lot cheaper and honestly not bad. A bit bulkier and loude
'A lot cheaper and honestly not bad' - positive for value but 'a bit bulkier and louder' than Elvie. Decent endorsement as a budget alternative.
I've got the wearable elvies and wouldn't recommend because they are so expensive and the quilting isn't there. I recently got a Momcozy s12 and while the output isn't too bad compared to my others it is sometimes uncomfortable.
'Output isn't too bad' (mild positive) but 'sometimes uncomfortable' (negative). Mixed assessment - not a strong endorsement but not a rejection either.
I bought all 3 of mine on vinted. I have momcozy s12 wearable, a medela swing Pro and the spectra 1. The spectra is easily the best. Worth picking up a medela manual pump as well, theyre cheap and will fit in your nappy bag for emergencies. I have a Haakaa too but it just doesn't work for me
Owns Momcozy S12 but ranks it below Spectra ('easily the best'). Implies S12 is functional but not top choice.
no advise, just to say i had the mom cozy s12 and hated it. i ebf and just jump now occasionally to make breastmilk icecubs for my teething babe or freeze some milk to mix into purrees when we start weaning so am now just using a manual medela
'Hated it' - strong negative from direct experience. Switched to manual Medela instead. No specific detail on why, but the sentiment is unambiguously negative.
