We went with Nuna Mixx! Obsessed with it honestly. We wanted the Nuna Triv originally because it was very small and lightweight but wasn't great on mixed terrain and we love a good forest walk. The mixx ended up ticking all our boxes. Lightweight, easy to fold, works in the town and on our forest walks, decent basket storage underneath, fits in the boot easy, lasts from birth until 4 years, super safe and easy car seat set up, and the bassinet was safe for sleep. I honestly have zero complaint
'Obsessed with it honestly...zero complaints' — comprehensive list: lightweight, easy fold, town and forest walks, basket storage, boot fit, birth to 4 years, safe car seat setup, sleep-safe bassinet
Nuna Mixx next over here. Fits in my boot and is good on pavement and off road. Bassinet is sleep safe and ours came with a car seat and adaptor for short trips into the supermarket etc if baby falls asleep in the car.
'Fits in my boot and is good on pavement and off road. Bassinet is sleep safe and ours came with a car seat and adaptor' — practical multi-terrain praise with bundle details
Lots of great comments here on how to approach the John Lewis appt to get the most out of it (we found our appt very helpful!), so I'll just say that we love our Nuna Mixx Next. It was a travel bundle with the bassinet (love it!!) and the Nuna Pipa Urbn car seat (which has been excellent as we don't have a car but do use taxis/ubers).
'We love our Nuna Mixx Next' — travel bundle with bassinet, Pipa Urbn car seat excellent for taxis/ubers without own car
We have the Nuna Mixx and it's excellent. The yoyo looks terrible when I see it being pushed around with it's tiny wheels, low frame (the 6ft+ dads look comical hunched over pushing it around);and tiny storage space at the bottom. Get yourself down John Lewis and try them out to see what works for you.
'We have the Nuna Mixx and it's excellent' — contrasts favourably with Yoyo's tiny wheels, low frame, and poor storage. Implies Mixx avoids those issues
We went for the Nuna Mixx bundle from John Lewis. Love the pushchair and specifically went for the bundle as it comes with a lie flat car seat that doubles as the bassinet attachment which was invaluable for car trips with a newborn. I, personally, don't like the TODL car seat that comes in the bundle. We have a Joie car seat in the other car and we far prefer that car seat.
'Love the pushchair' — bought Mixx bundle from John Lewis, lie flat car seat doubles as bassinet (invaluable), but doesn't like TODL car seat that comes in bundle — positive with car seat caveat
