It's not a one fit all for sure! Always recommend a hospital grade pump but I love my wearable momcozy m5. Elvie is a great brand with good customer service. (I got my momcozy super cheap around 50£ on sales!!)
'I love my wearable momcozy m5', got it cheap (£50 on sale). Direct experience with clear positive sentiment and price detail.
Don't. Get. The. Elvie. It's rubbish. Utterly rubbish. I've had success with the Momcosy M5 and the Bellababy!
'Had success with the Momcosy M5' - positive direct experience. Brief but clearly endorsing from someone who tried alternatives (Elvie was 'rubbish').
I have Elvies and mom cozy m5's. I prefer the mom cozy's and get more output with them. They're a bit bulkier but still portable enough and way cheaper.
'Prefer the mom cozy's', 'get more output', 'way cheaper' than Elvie. Positive comparative review. Minor note about bulk but 'still portable enough'.
I used a lot of the MomCosy M5 to get things one around the house (I was mostly pumping for the first months) and it wasn't crazy expensive and did a good job - I have big breasts and nipples, so I had to size up the flange. Something to keep in mind so it's better to try st home first :)
'Did a good job', 'wasn't crazy expensive'. Positive for household mobility while pumping. Helpful note about flange sizing for larger breasts.
I've been using momcozy m5s - very regularly but not exclusively pumping, so can't say if they would be up to this. I've worn them in all kinds of situations - cycling, dog walking, doing chores around the house etc BUT I would say I wouldn't choose to wear them out amongst strangers because they are still quite loud, and make my boobs look comically huge! But I love the freedom to move around
'Love the freedom to move around', used in many situations (cycling, dog walking, chores). But 'quite loud' and 'comically huge' appearance. Positive for function/freedom, caveats on discretion.
I loved the mom cozy m5s but had 4 break on me in a few months. Customer service replaced them but the new ones also broke. I ended up with a mom cozy v1 - it does have an external motor so it's not quite as portable, but it is excellent and I used it in public all the time with no issues.
'Loved' them but 'had 4 break on me in a few months' and replacements also broke. Serious reliability issues despite positive sentiment about performance. Net negative due to repeated failures.
