Skip hop one is 70 ish and best investment you'll ever make. Rubber changing pads are just superior. No laundering, no smell.
'Best investment you'll ever make' — cites price ($70), rubber material as superior, no laundering or smell
We have the skip hop wipeable change pad and we love it. I would definitely recommend. After any big poopy diaper change we just pop LO in his crib for a min while we wipe everything down and it's good to go.
Loves it, would recommend — easy cleanup routine after messy changes, just wipe down
In the very beginning, diaper changes are so so so so so frequent, we changed her wherever we were at the time, so the portable diaper pad was an absolute must. Once the diapers became less frequent we started exclusively using her nursery and changing pad. I definitely like having one that just wipes clean. We use the rubber skiphop one and it's been great.
Uses the rubber Skip Hop exclusively in nursery — likes wipeable surface. 'It's been great'
We have the slip hop and it's been great. Does the trick, I like that it has a seat belt. Keekaroo just feels trendy and more expensive for the sake of it
'Been great, does the trick' — specifically praises seat belt feature. Considers it better value than Keekaroo
We have the skip hop one, but the mobile indeed is basically useless. The window baby cares about it is small we found (we also have a 2 year old), and they get bored of it quickly. We have a number of travel waterproof pads we put over it which are wipeable, and we also regularly clean and switch the, out. Easier than proper pads going over the whole thing.
Owns it but notes the included mobile is useless — uses waterproof pads on top for easier maintenance. Mixed on accessories, positive on base pad
I was intrigued by the Keekaroo's popularity at first, too. I ended up buying a Skip Hop one instead and it has been fine. I'm now convinced there must be some clever marketing for thr Keekaroo, because it is really just a plastic change pad. You would think it had some advanced features for the price lol. Although, I've already realized that my baby, being a bigger bb, will need to be changed on the floor or bed soon for safety reasons. He will certainly outgrow it soon (he's only 4 months) and
Chose Skip Hop over Keekaroo — 'has been fine' but notes baby will outgrow it at 4 months. Considers Keekaroo overhyped
