We travel quite a bit between Europe and the states, and LOVE our Stokke Yoyo! It's small enough to just put in the airplane overhead compartment! We live in a city, and it's also great for public transportation and narrow city streets.
Enthusiastic endorsement ('LOVE') with extensive international travel experience. Highlights versatility for both travel and urban daily use.
Stokke Yoyo. It does very well on cobblestone (also checks off your other requirements) and you'll likely see many when you're over there!
Strong recommendation for Europe travel with specific terrain validation (cobblestone). Notes popularity in Europe as social proof.
Stokke yoyo!
Exclamatory recommendation suggests enthusiasm, though brief.
For Europe I gotta go Yoyo. It doesn't fit all of your criteria but it's the king of durable and navigating tight spaces. It also can be put in overhead bins which is a lifesaver. Because it is so compact it doesn't have a ton of storage, but you can fit more underneath than it looks.
Strong recommendation ('king of durable') with realistic assessment of trade-offs. Acknowledges storage limitation but still recommends for Europe travel.

Babyzen YOYO2 – $449: Classic choice. Compact, customizable. Accessories sold separately.
Described as 'classic choice' with positive attributes. Neutral note about accessories being extra.
The Butterfly 2 is good but kinda heavy to deal with alone... The Aer2 is way easier to fold and carry, which is nice if you've got bags and a baby to manage. The Metro3 is cheaper, but you might lose some comfort and toughness, especially if the ground's bumpy. check out borncritic for reviews on these strollers. They have good comparisons that could help you figure out what's what.
Comparative review pointing users to external resource rather than strong personal endorsement of Yoyo specifically.
I hate the yoyo. It is small but it is SO annoying to fold and unfold. Impossible to do with baby. Sold it and got the Minu and love it.
Strong negative sentiment ('hate', 'SO annoying', 'Impossible'). Specific usability complaint about folding mechanism, especially when holding baby. User sold it.
