I exclusively pump, so my answer might vary from someone who breastfeeds or formula feeds, but in my experience the Momcozy bottle washer and sterilizer is worth its weight in gold. I went from having to wash bottles and pump parts 8 times a day and boiling them for sterilization to just popping them all in the machine and having it do it all for me in half an hour.
'Worth its weight in gold' — went from 8x/day hand washing + boiling to 30-min automated cycle. Massive time savings for EP.
I credit my Momcozy washer/sterilizer for preserving my sanity at 6 wpp!! Best purchase ever! I use it twice a day religiously
'Best purchase ever', uses twice daily at 6 weeks postpartum. Credits it with preserving sanity during demanding EP period.
Whoever tells you washing bottles and pump parts isn't that bad is a liar lol. The Momcozy bottle washer is the best purchase we made.
'Best purchase we made' — strong endorsement in context of the tedium of hand-washing bottles and pump parts.
You NEED the washer. It's life changing lol. We have the momcozy one and my husband tells everyone it's the best purchase we made. It's great for bottles, pump parts, pacifiers/clips/cases, teethers, feeding spoons, syringes. We traveled for 1 week twice without it and were cursing ourselves when we had to wash all of the above at 2 am.
'Life changing', husband tells everyone, specific items washed (bottles, pump parts, pacifiers, teethers, spoons, syringes). Missed it terribly while traveling.
We originally purchased the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro and weren't huge fans - we primarily use Comotomo bottles for reference but also have Philips Avent. It felt like it could not comfortably fit all bottles and accessories/parts (I also EP so washed pump parts as well) without cramming it in. BB was incredibly easy to work with on a refund though. We ended up also trying the Momcozy bottle washer and have zero regrets. It fits bottles and parts much easier in my opinion and the various j
Switched from Baby Brezza Washer Pro to Momcozy due to better fit for Comotomo bottles and pump parts. Zero regrets. Direct comparison favoring Momcozy.
Yes. 1000000% yes. I have the momcozy one. I'm not actually convinced loading it up Tetris style and filling up the water reservoir actually takes less time, but I am convinced it uses less water, I go through less bottle brushes, AND I DONT NEED TO WASH BOTTLES ANYMORE. Thank you for coming to my ted talk
Emphatic endorsement ('1000000% yes'). Honest that loading takes time but eliminates hand washing entirely. Uses less water and fewer brushes.
I have the momcozy one and it is my absolute favorite thing. If you have the counter space it's great. The downside is that is has a pipe that needs to drain into your sink, so if you don't have counter space near your sink it's not going to work for you, or you will need to use a bucket or something to collect the dirty water. In my opinion anything that just sterilizes but doesn't wash is a waste of time/space/money because you end up having to wash everything anyway and then sterilize. I love
'Absolute favorite thing', but notes drain pipe placement constraint near sink. Values the all-in-one wash+sterilize over sterilize-only units.
I'm using my momcozy one right now! I never got the Dr. Brown one, but I throughly enjoy the momcozy one. The only complaint I have is that when I'm not using it, the power button light flashes. Kind of annoying, but something I can easily overlook.
Thoroughly enjoys it, only minor complaint is flashing power light when idle. Active current user.
I have that exact mom cozy one and if you are planning on using Dr. browns bottles, the 8oz bottles do not fit with the upper rack!!! If I had known this, I would have went with the actual Dr. browns brand sterilizer.
Specific compatibility issue — Dr. Brown's 8oz bottles don't fit with upper rack. Would have chosen differently if known in advance.
