I have several hokas and several on clouds. Love them both. Cannot go back to regular shoes. For compression socks - yes I've been wearing them almost everyday since MS1 and they have helped me tremendously. My legs don't feel as heavy and tired by the end of the shift. Some people develop varicose veins if they don't wear them, so it's preventative as well. I buy them from Amazon - the physix gear brand. Super affordable and good quality.
Wearing since MS1 (medical school year 1), daily use, "helped me tremendously", legs less heavy/tired. "Super affordable and good quality." Very high score (109) shows community agreement.
I've been using Physix Gear compression socks. They're like $12 on Amazon for a pair and work just as well as the $40 ones. Been using them for about a year and still holding strong.
Specific price ($12), direct comparison to $40 alternatives (work just as well). One year durability. Strong value proposition.

I have multiple pairs from the brand Physix Gear (bought on Amazon). I'm also allergic to wool and these are a nylon/spandex blend (20-30 mmHg) that I find very comfortable.
